I have listed the steps you go through, when you decide to go for Metabolic Balance:
Step 1 – Blood test
It all starts with a blood test which will analyze 36 blood values as well as your body mass, weight, likes and dislikes and also your medical history. This will all happen during the nutritional advice.
Step 2 – Consultation
During the consultation period, you will be informed about your individual nutritional plan. Besides, the support from your coach metabolic balance will also create “8 Rules” as a meal plan recommendation which is also available as an app at the Apple store.
Step 3 – Detox
This is the Phase 1 of your Metabolic-Balance plan. Your body must be detoxified before you start. See it like a hard disk running with a new user, you want to have it all cleaned before you start from scratch. Your metabolic system will thank you and you will have it easier after a cleaning process. During the process, you will avoid sudden hunger pangs and energy slumps, feel fresher in mind and body and probably become more motivated for your coming new process and your new way of living. Step 4 – Strict Diet
This is Phase 2 of your Metabolic-Balance plan. For the next two weeks you must only eat the products that are on your nutrition plan. The reason is to get your metabolic system used to the new diet, therefore you should be strict. After the two weeks oils will be added to your nutrition plan. Metabolic-balance doesn’t want you to eat just raw carrots from now on, so off you go and enjoy your preferably self-cooked gourmet meal.
Step 5 – More foods
This is Phase 3 of your Metabolic-Balance plan. You will now be invited to have more food in your nutrition plan
